Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to have a great experience with Vibe Discoveries. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy is strict but transparent and fair.
Returns and Refunds
All discovery-size items are carefully sealed and intended for individual sampling. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned or refunded — including cases where the scent does not meet personal preference.
If you’re trying a fragrance for the first time, we recommend choosing a smaller size before purchasing a full-size bottle.
We Cannot Accept Returns In These Cases:
- The scent is not to your taste
- Batch or reformulation differences
- Accidental or incorrect orders
- Any item that has been opened or sprayed
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged (e.g. broken atomizer or leakage), please contact us within 48 hours and provide the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please don’t return items without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the result of our error. We recommend using tracked delivery for your peace of mind.
UK Orders Only
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and cannot accept returns from international orders.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. A 4% processing fee applies to cover payment provider costs. After this time, your order may already be in process and cancellation may not be possible.
