What types of products do you sell?
We specialize in luxury fragrance discovery-size sprays, carefully selected to help you explore unique scents. Occasionally, we offer a limited selection of full-size, factory-sealed bottles when available.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All fragrances are sourced from trusted authorised retailers. Our smaller discovery sizes are hygienically filled into quality atomizers from original, authentic bottles. No copies or imitations.
Do you sell full-size bottles?
While our main focus is on discovery sizes, we occasionally offer full-size bottles sourced from reputable suppliers. These listings are limited and based on availability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom due to postal regulations for flammable items.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery via Royal Mail takes around 2–4 business days after dispatch. For details, visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Full details can be found in our Returns Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. A small processing fee may apply. After this window, your order may already be in progress and cancellation may not be possible.
How are the discovery sizes prepared?
All discovery-size sprays are carefully filled by hand from original retail bottles into sterile, high-quality atomizers. This allows you to experience the fragrance in smaller amounts before committing to a full bottle.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but all orders are securely and neatly packaged. This may change in the future.
