REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We want you to have a great experience with Vibe Discoveries. Because of the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, our return policy is strict but transparent.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR OPENED OR USED SAMPLES
All our samples are freshly hand decanted and sealed. Once opened, used, or tampered with, they cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including if the scent is not to your taste.
If you are unsure about a fragrance, we recommend starting with a smaller size such as 2ml.
NON RETURNABLE CASES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations:
- The scent is not to your liking
- Differences between batches or reformulations
- Accidental or incorrect orders
- Any item that has been opened or sprayed
Please read each product description carefully before placing your order. If you have questions, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged (for example, a broken atomizer or leakage), contact us here within 48 hours and include the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. Please do not return the item without contacting us first.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or the result of our mistake. We recommend using tracked delivery. We are not responsible for lost returns.
UK ORDERS ONLY
Due to postal restrictions on flammable items, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We cannot accept returns from outside the UK.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. A 4 percent processing fee will apply to cover payment provider charges.
